Does the HVV card still work if it is broken?
Hello, I use an HVV card, and unfortunately it broke. Does it still work? There's a chip in the top corner, but it's normally in the card and not damaged. And if necessary, can I apply for a new one for free? Thanks for your answers.

Since the antenna for the chip extends circularly over the entire card surface, a broken card would no longer work. It may no longer be accepted in visual checks.
A new HVV card can be found online HVV customer portal for 5€ or in one Service station for 15€.
