Fumot Randm Tornado Pro is not working properly, what to do?

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Fumot Randm Tornado Pro vape. The last time I used it, it suddenly stopped working. I thought it was simply empty. I charged it, but it hasn't worked properly since. The pod lights up randomly at times, as if you were vaping on it, and it also smells a bit burnt. Additionally, the battery light sometimes lights up as if it's charging, which it isn't.
What could be the cause and solution for this strange behavior? Otherwise, the vape worked very reliably. Thanks in advance.
