Since we are in the area of §24a StVG, a breathing alcohol test is sufficient. These are court-worthy and therefore sufficient. If the driver’s driving station says they’ll take the driving permit you can do that.
Apparently, you don’t learn about it and are a danger to others.

Hi, if you had over 1.6 promille, that’s correct.

If not, the driver’s license would have to justify the decision. Then you could possibly go against it.

Yes, the stationary devices on the Poizeirevier also provide court-worthy results.

So not a cruise but a violation of §24a StVG. Accordingly, a breathing alcohol test is sufficient.
