Driving license changes retroactively?
I passed my driving test in January this year. According to the new driving license regulations, new drivers are supposed to take a refresher course after one year. How likely is it that this will apply to me, since it's only been discussed so far, and does anyone know if it's possible to fail the course?
It’s always just in conversation that this will affect new drivers. So not retroactive also driver.
Whether the course is considered to be “participated” when you have sabbering in the corner, or you have to prove briefly with some basic questions that at least 1-2 brain cells were present, I do not know.
This is extremely unlikely that such a scheme applies retroactively.
What, really? The driving school lobby has a fantastic marketing.
