Führerscheinakte leer, Führungszeugnis voll?
Hallo,
ich hoffe es gibt da draussen jemand der mir da weiterhelfen kann. Ich will meinen Führerschein neu beantragen da ich wegen THC Restbestand, ihn abgegeben habe vor zwei Jahren. Mitlerweile bin ich THC Patient geworden und muss zu der “besonderen MPU”. Habe meine Führerscheinakte eingesehen und dort ist nichts weiteres aufzufinden, außer der besagten Kontrolle. Jedoch habe ich in Vergangenheit viel Mist gebaut und bin auch Mal mit Alkohol aufgefallen. Wurde 3 Mal verurteilt aber alles durch ein Jugendgericht und alles in dem Maß, dass es eigentlich nicht dazu genommen wird. Ebenso stand auch auf urteilen usw, nie der Satz “wird an die Führerschein-Stelle weitergegeben”, nur bei dieser einen Kontrolle, wegen der ich auch zur MPU muss.
Meine Fragen wären also:
-wenn die Straftaten doch im Führungszeugnis stehen, werden sie dann noch zu der Führerscheinakte ergänzt, bevor diese dann zu dem MPU Gutachter kommen?
-da ich wegen zb. Körperverletzung aufgefallen bin, jedoch aber getrunken habe und das auch getestet wurde. Steht dann im Führungszeugnis nur “Körperverletzung” oder Körperverletzung mit Trunkenheit o.ä.?
Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir irgendwie weiterhelfen und ich bedanke mich schonmal im Vorraus!

I don’t understand why you call yourself a “THC patient” because THC is a cannabinoid and is not prescribed as a monosubstance.

First thanks for your detailed answer to my question. Well, it makes a difference for me. I have the chance to avoid a year of abstinence and the associated costs, perhaps, if the driving licence act remains as it is. However, if the delicts are added to the driver’s license file after submitting the new release, I can save the whole MPU and start abstinence because then there is a detailed inside what I have consumed and how the actions have happened. However, if it is only in the leadership certificate and without “in fact with alcohol” or the like, I would have the chance to get through again. I hope you understand my concern, I’m talking about paying 200€+ for abstinence from more than one year each month and continuing to be reliant without a driver’s license or having a small chance to handle the whole thing, but I almost find no help. That’s why you can’t understand my questions and my rest. But no problem as I said thank you for the answer. And yes I am aware of the criteria, make a MPU preparation by the way.
