Driving license probation period speeding a B violation?

Hello everyone,

I was apparently caught by a mobile speed camera in a car today. (I didn't notice any flashing lights.)

Does exceeding the speed limit by 6 km/h (without deduction of the tolerance) constitute a Class B violation? With the tolerance deduction, it would be 3 km/h too much.

I was probably caught speeding in a built-up area where the speed limit was 50 km/h.

I've only found contradictory posts about this on the internet.

Thanks for answers in advance

First of all, when you “to Tacho” 6km/h are too fast, anyway slower than the tacho shows you – it does not show too little, but too much….

Then, as you write correctly, the tolerance would be deducted from the measured value determined.

In short: At the 6km/h that you were supposed to be too fast, the flasher does not trigger at all – so you did not see any flash.

An exceeding of 6 Km/h is not followed at all. There’s no lightning.

Up to 20 km/h too fast is neither an A nor a B impact.

Only from 21 km/h this results in sampling time measures, which is then an A violation.
