Führerschein nach 15 Jahren neu machen oder alten Führerschein beantragen?
Hallo, ich habe meinen Führerschein 2004 wegen Alkohol am Steuer über 1,6 entzogen bekommen. MPU angefangen aber wegen Umzug in eine Großstadt aufgehört. 2008 habe ich dann offiziell auf meinen Führerschein verzichtet. Ich war jahrelang alleinerziehend und war froh, dass ich mich mit diversen Jobs überwasser halten konnte. Finanziell war es mir einfach nicht möglich und für mich war das ein riesen Berg das alles anzugehen.
Im Mai 23 ist die MPU aus meiner Akte draußen und ich kann ganz normal meinen Führerschein neu machen. Hab mich schon angemeldet und am Montag geht es los mit dem Fast Lane Kurs… dachte ich.
Jetzt habe ich gelesen, dass ich erst einen Antrag auf Wiedererteilung bei der Kreisverwaltung stellen muss.
Kann ich es einfach laufen lassen, die Theorie schon anfangen und auf die Rückmeldung der Führerscheinstelle warten??

Why do you want to make your FS completely new? The scheme for this has not been available since 2008. However, after so many years new exams will be required by the FEB, for this you will make practical hours (no mandatory hours) at a driving school and for the theory you can learn on the Internet.
Right, place a new application at the FEB, then you will be informed exactly what is required by you.

If the deed has been deleted and there is no further entry referring to it, the deed must no longer be used against you. Questions about this would therefore be an unnecessary data collection.
§29 Abs 7 StVG:
If the unlikely event occurs that you ask why you want a driving license, you can answer the same as anyone else: “Because I have the right to apply for one.”
No and should come up in conversation after the Why, then say how it is because you want to be mobile.
The registration already filed must not be used against you and a broken MPU is completely irrelevant.
