Driver's license revoked? MPU?
Hello folks,
On April 7th my driving license was confiscated by the police because of illegal street racing (a criminal offense). My lawyer filed a complaint which was rejected without justification. On that day I overtook a car and a witness reported it as illegal street racing.
The question is, if the court revokes my driving license because of such a funny witness, will I have to take an MPU or will it be possible to do a refresher course? I am asking for your help, and the witness has already said in his testimony that I did not endanger anyone.
I'm still on probation.
If you are convicted of illegal road races, you will certainly receive a MPU request for your new release…
Even without danger, because the witness has already said in his statement that I have no danger.
Unfortunately, it won’t matter if the witness thinks that you didn’t compromise anyone. If you are sentenced to §315d StGB, the MPU request is virtually mandatory.

But you’re lucky, and the thing goes out for you again…
If your driver’s license is stolen for a traffic offence, you should definitely count on it. Why doesn’t your lawyer know?
Well, she’s done her purpose. But something like that.
A witness will dismantle your lawyer in court.
That was just overtaking and done!
I don’t know the witness….
But colleagues who are already civilized are not “displaced” by any lawyer.
I like the FS that this time he might get away with a “blue eye” again, but I’m not so easy to assess witnesses I don’t know…
I’ll never leave witnesses.
My VWL teacher was caught untied, he drove it to the trial.
He got through because the two! Cops knew nothing more.
