Führerschein B197 auf B ändern?
Hallo!
Vor ca. einem Monat habe ich meinen Führerschein in der Klasse B (197) gemacht. Das bedeutet, dass einige Fahrstunden als auch die Prüfung auf Automatik waren, aber einige auch auf Schaltung. Demnach darf ich nun in der Klasse B beides fahren.
Die Fahrschule hat mit allerdings verschwiegen, dass man durch die Beschränkung 197 jede weitere Prüfung im Schaltwagen absolvieren muss, um dort auch Schaltwagen fahren zu dürfen.
Problem: Keine Fahrschule in der Umgebung hat einen LKW mit Schaltung, somit dürfte ich dann nur LKWs mit Automatik fahren, wofür ich für einige Jobs meiner Wahl unqualifiziert bin…. Schöööön….
Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit die 197 da weg zu bekommen oder muss ich dann nochmal komplett neu mit dem Führerschein anfangen?

With nem 78 Schein DARFST you drive ONLY automatic or directly driven vehicles.
At 197 you can drive both. The digit only means that you did the test with automatic, no more.
If you want to drive other higher classes (BE, C1, C1E, C, D1, D1E, D or DE), you will necessarily be limited by the key number 78. It doesn’t matter whether these classes are completed with automatic or switch.

To the peculiar question. You will only get the key number 197 away by repeating the test and driving hours with a switch. So you almost have to repeat the whole test. Please inform yourself about this at a driving school or at the driving station on site.
You can make a 197 out of the key 79, but that goes as far as I know only in class B. Not in the other.
So completely new you don’t have to do it, of course. You just have to make a test drive on a truck on circuit and finish. If you still want to switch to class B, you need to inform the driving authority of your place of residence. However, the money will cost again, so around the 40 euros.
Then I still have to do the car test on circuit again. There are no driving school trucks with circuit anymore!
Alternatively, you could also make the trailer driver license BE with gearshift
