I had to hand in my driver's license for a month, but now I've received a letter stating that the district where I live wants to revoke my license. However, I handed in my driver's license for the month in another district, where I don't live. So, will the district where I handed it in send it back to me, and then I hand it in to my district, or will they automatically send it there?

Tell the authority that you gave the driver’s license and send the fine decision in copy. But I assume the authority already knows, but that’s how you’re on the safe side before the police come and want to seize your license.
