Führen eines Anhängers ohne Klasse BE?

Guten Tag,

As long as the driving licence class BE is not entered in your driving licence (or no certificate of examination after: Appendix 8a ), you don’t own it either. And without their possession, driving is punishable with corresponding followers. The partial existence of the test may cause a penalty reduction, but does not make driving legal.

This depends on the permissible total weights.

You can also drive the trailer with the normal B-guide certificate as long as the permissible total weight of both is below 3.5 tons. Or if the trailer has only a maximum permissible total weight of 750kg, the towing vehicle may also have 3.5.

If the towing vehicle has, for example, a permissible total weight of 2000kg, you may have a trailer pulling the 1500kg permissible total weight. Of course, the permissible trailer load of the towing vehicle must not be exceeded, but that goes without saying…

I had that in my mind, so the information is without guarantee, please read again for the sake of clarity…

The question is: do you have the license or not?

If so, you can drive the corresponding vehicles. If not, then not.

Very clear.

Forget it you don’t seem to be done.

And the right attachment is the most cumbersome

Where should the police know this?

You don’t seem.

And as a driver, you’re responsible for your tension no matter who hangs the hanger

That would be driving without a driver’s license. You didn’t pass if everything or just a part doesn’t matter. Existence is passed and has not passed. Whether there’s a bit in it or not interested in it.

So it’s for you to drive without a driver’s license.
