Feeling extremely unwell?
Hello
At the beginning of the first part of the question: I am a 14-year-old woman and I can't even get an AA cup anymore.
That's why I feel extremely uncomfortable wearing a T-shirt or tight-fitting long-sleeved shirt and only wear the loosest sweaters possible.
Do you know how I could handle this in the summer? Running around in oversized sweaters would be difficult.
Part question number 2:
Whenever I sit down it looks as if I have really fat thighs. No matter whether I'm wearing baggy or skinny jeans…. I'm always extremely embarrassed and always let my friends sit on the bus, for example, so that I don't have to sit down.
How can I stop being ashamed of it?
You’re 14. Your body is still developing. You should make it clear. Maybe you should think about your worldview and why you feel your breasts would be too small for your age or your thigh would look too fat. Without knowing how you look, I can tell you that your body will change significantly over the next few years and you shouldn’t waste any thought about it yet.
Self-confidence helps. accepting things that cannot be changed also helps.

I’ll push you the thumbs that you’ll learn to get clear.
Thank you for the answer
Do you have tips on how to build self-confidence?
Uff, I’d say it’s a headache. You have to realize that it’s okay as it is. That your opinion about yourself is more important than that of others. Sounds like cliché, but tell yourself what you’d like to hear in the morning before the mirror. Learn to look in the mirror and like what you see, not because you say it is good, but because you accept that it is good.
Self-confidence is one of the things where it is hard to describe how to get it. For me, the opinions of others weren’t at all. I wanted to run around in my young years as I wanted. And whoever someone didn’t find that cool as I was, that was his problem and not mine. And once you have understood this point, so much becomes easier.
So you’re a thinker. Someone who thinks too much.
Can’t you care if they’re serious or not? You said it and you can take it for you if you want it. Even if it were a lie, they would have said it with good intention. Here too, learn to accept things. It doesn’t hurt you, then you don’t have to interpret it negatively or question it.
(That doesn’t mean you’re supposed to run naively through the world. But if you can accept something positive, just do it.)
Because I always think this person wouldn’t mean it seriously anyway…
Why? What inhibits you to just say “tune”? So why do you think you can feel that differently and/or not accept it?
Oh, what I can say… Others always say I’ve been full of the dream body, I’m perfect, etc (and I’m serious) but I can’t accept that completely…
With the thought of listening. Until the summer is long Ziet.Denk and prefer to make good education.
But I had that last year… and even now, when I get too warm in class, and then I pull out the sweater and therefore only wear a T shirt. Or in sports lessons…
