I know you see this question everywhere but… When will I get the money from FTI?
I booked a package holiday (hotel + flight) 2-3 months ago for October 2024… well, that's all sorted now, I made a deposit of €500… so WHEN will I get my money back and HOW?

If you look at the connection Düsseldorf (DUS) – Punta Cana (PUJ), the outbound flight takes about 10 hours, but the return flight only takes 8.45 hours. Is there a specific reason for this? A different route? A tailwind? Thanks and greetings
I would also contact the travel agency. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that this can take a little longer now because so many of them are affected. Demand never hurts.
The Drsf comes directly to the travellers. Here is an article in which they say a refund could be made in autumn. It takes a long time.
