With your size, according to BMI, you are in the upper range with 57.8 kg (even on the limit from the normal weight to light overweight).

So no one has to worry about losing weight. If you’re still in growth, you don’t have to lose weight (or shouldn’t) that “gets” when you grow something. But I can’t judge…

I’m fine. Looks like real friends when they worry about you. You should always talk to a doctor.

Ixh I’m sure you see exactly what way you’re going….

From your profile:

Find me too thick since 5th grade

You’re only 12… your parents are responsible for you.

I guess I’ll take it off, because that increases the likelihood that you’ll get, especially for girls.

Is it justified that they are worried?

Absolutely not.

And taking off about four kilograms in over a month is also not dangerous – established recommendation is maximum 1 kilogram per week.

For overweight adults is the recommendation, but not for children. Such a drastic decrease in a twelve-year-old can cause massive damage. Please don’t come up with something that encourages them to continue. If it were difficult to overweight (what it is not) a diet should be denounced with a doctor

It’s simply wrong. There is neither a recommendation explicitly for adults nor for children – especially since a twelve-year-old is no longer a child.

Such a drastic decrease in a twelve-year-old can cause massive damage.

Also wrong. Only dangerous if you skip normalized weight classes in a short time – this is not the case from the upper normal weight to normal weight.

Please don’t come up with something that encourages them to continue.

This is an unqualified submission.

If it were difficult to overweight (what it is not) a diet should be denounced with a doctor

Correct – however *solte.

You should be careful.
Your weight is (yet) not irritating, but you shouldn’t be so fast.
