FSX ILS approach does not work!

Hi guys I have problems with my ILS approach, my Boeing 737 and also other freeware as well as the standard airlines of Fsx do not recognize the ILS signals, in this primary flight display these ILS diamonds are not visible (see photo link). It seems like airplanes ignore it and this happens at every airport.

Here is an example:

Airport: Frankfurt am Main Runway 7L Radio: 110.55 Heading 69

I also set this there was also this beeping for ILS signal but my plane just flies straight out (tower had given me permission for the ILS signal direct approach to runway 7L).

so if you flee airbus do so:
1.all what the tower requires
when he says: drop to blabla blah and expect to landcourse 7l to the foreground frequency at nav 1 and curs a
2.then presses (on airbus 321) on the ILS button
then come the magenta-coloured rough or diamonds 😀
dan piept it and when that comes have done everything right
3.you will see on the gps(shift+3) such funnels the green sense
if you should get out of there, turn the plane behind the funnels
4.If you succeed in the one-pilot, you automatically sink
5. Shortly before the set autopilot and thrust out
6.stop f2 press and if necessary turn on automatic brake(has not every aircraft)
7.you have made your first ils land 😉

* Automatic brake and automatic dampers must be activated beforehand

Hi.

you should always have IN/LOC in even if you have HDG in it as soon as the Locolizer is alive, that is when he gets the Landekurssender, then HDG turns off automatically, then look at the slide path that comes closer, then you can turn APP on, APP is nothing other than to keep the approach course, he is specially designed for the slide path so that the plane drops with the slide path.

If you only let IN/LOC in, the plane will turn towards the slope, but still at 3000 ft. that is why turn on APP,

Look at your picture. In this distance, you’re still miles away from the ray, or is it far too high above you when you could intercept it. Your angle of approach to the beam is also quite acute, try 25-30°…

Then you can still let the Leitstrah Visual be hidden by EFIS, that should help…

By the way, the ALTITUDE stop switch is switched off during intercepting… and on your altimeter is 4000 feet, not 3000 😉

Do not forget to set QNH correctly;)

The EFIS can be found in the aircraft menu above. You can then select “Share” there. This will display the beam through such a red corner, and you will see exactly when you meet it.
Isn’t it so easy to practice?

QNH is the air pressure. By default, this is 29.92 (or 1013HpA, depending on what you use for a measuring system) but close to the ground and below 10,000 feet it varies greatly. You can set the correct QNH automatically by pressing “b”. You can manually adjust it to the small button on the altimeter.

As I said, what exactly you are doing now is difficult to say from here, but I am sure that it’s just a little bit small and not the program.

If you don’t get there tomorrow, you’ll have to go to bed.

Just make me a friendship offer here and then we can write by private message, get better.

There is a training center in the FSX, where you can also practice ILS flights under instructions. Vllt. will help you find out the error;)

So…
To make a real ILS approach, please note the following things:p
– Autopilot ON
– Freq, on the ILS FREQ runway at NAV1
– Course, on a runway course
– GPS/NAV on NAV
If all is set correctly and you are gradually approaching the airport, you can activate the ApproachKnopf, heading and altitude will automatically turn off. Then everything should work and he should put you in the right position.
If you don’t mind, you can add me to Skype and I’ll show you in the FSX
Skype : Lippstadtfan
FSX : airbuspilota380

I hope I could help:)

Uh, hey,
I also have problems with ils. Even though I have all the settings in front, the fleee is turning, but then on and on. I’ve tried a lot, but it’s never worked. Can you help me?
If you want to help me send me neatly and I give you my Skype name. But only if you really want to help!
Thank you.

I think I got it.

Turn off the HDG Select switch in autopilot when you turn on APP? If so, let it.. The HDG switch starts on its own as soon as you meet the beam. The APP switch then takes over the control.
Of course, you have to pay attention to your sink rate by adjusting the speed.

So, just turn on APP and fly on.

You can switch this screen somewhere… so there are several ads on a screen. Can’t tell you exactly where I didn’t have the game installed at the moment…
I believe, however, either at the bottom right under the screen, or at the two knobs that are directly above it… the ILS should also be long for a setting.
Sorry, it’s really hard to explain this theoretically from here.

ILS Frq. for the 07L in EDDF is, in my knowledge, also 110.10 …
or have you installed a scenery like EDDF Mega Airport or something? Then 110.55 is right…

Do the other landing lanes work correctly? Is the possible scenery correctly activated in the scenery library?

I’m sorry, but then you’re doing something wrong if it doesn’t work anywhere, but it’s hard to say from here what that is.

Exactly, do it as in the previous answers. ABER: The most important factor is to capture the slide path. This is like a diagonally upwardly directed funnel. You can find all information and altitude information on the arrival tickets of the respective airport. ; Have fun and good success!

you need to press loc or hold the upper button next to the height autopilot switch

as soon as on your speed display drop in the middle instead of HDG LOC, you can put on app ( lower sample next to height) then it will automatically land after some time the airplane goes down short in front of floor you have to turn off the autopilot with Strg+A and catch the aircraft

if that doesn’t help what I don’t think then you can also watch youtube videos that are also very informative

will be looking forward to pos. review

it can also be wise at your installed freeware scenery (if available) because it changes the ils frequency or similar

Is your Nav stop dial switch on GPS or NAV?
Did you choose the right approach?
