Frying with rapeseed oil?
This from BrΓΆlio? Is it possible to use rapeseed oil to fry eggs? Is that possible or does it have to be sunflower oil?

Can you eat butternut squash if you're taking antibiotics (including amoxicillin and clavulanic acid)? Are there any interactions? You're supposed to avoid grapefruit, milk, and other foods while taking antibiotics. What does butternut squash belong to?
Hi everyone, I'd like to make my own chicken breast fillet. I froze it right away, but unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to making it yet. It expired on February 26th, and I don't know if I can still use it. It's been frozen the whole time!
I cleaned the deep fryer at work yesterday and have already added new semi-liquid fat. Now I'm not sure if I completely dried the fryer. Does the water evaporate when heated, or does it have the same effect as hot fat and water?
Cook a warm meal with inexpensive ingredients
Which is better? Or does it matter, it's a frozen pizza, I don't know much about it
This is homemade ketchup
Rapeseed oil also goes but I prefer sunflower oil.
I give only a little oil into a Teflon-coated frying pan and distribute the oil with a piece of kitchen roll in the frying pan
Then turn on the pan and stay under the smoke point with the temperature – 160 to 170Β° C. should be enough
When the pan is hot, you can pick up the eggs and put them in the pan.
Yes goes up to 160Β°C for higher temperatures
is even better than sunflower is up to max. 120Β° C.
If you go hot but then you start to burn.
I always take olive oil as this is more edible.
The smoke point of extra virgin olive oil is between 380Β° C. and 193Β° C., depending on the impurities and acidity of the olive oil: the better the quality, the higher the smoking point.
I have an induction cook goes up to 240 Β°C for steak etc. I only take olive oil.
I use proper olive oil and no such pansch as in supermarkets for 2 β¬
The stuff is all stretched.
From approx. 6-7 kilos of olives are just 1 liter of olive oil. Therefore it is a huge difference whether a tree bears only 7 or 20 kilos of fruit. The olive must face some climatic challenges during its ripening period.
I can recommend such olive oil.

Unfortunately quite wrong. You can only fry with refined oils. Only they have high smoke points. Your oil is inappropriate and burnt.
To roast, you take refined oils. So the cheap ones. Cold-pressed olive oil is not going to fry, it becomes bitter.
Rapese oil goes too. just a little different.
As long as it is not a cold-pressed rapeseed oil – this is suitable for the cold kitchen, but not for heating.
All other rape oils can be used up to 220 degrees.
My rapeseed oil is cold pressed and suitable for roasting.
Sure. Butter would be more tasteful.
And don’t splash like that
Burn butter, butter fat goes, well.
I use margarine to roast eggs.

Okay, the justification is acceptable π
Because I don’t contract oil and butter is too expensive to me π
