Frühstücken?

Hallo

Ich ernähre mich mittlerweile gesund, nur ich habe noch das Problem was esse ich morgends?? Ich habe alle Brote durch und Brötchen das schmeckt mir einfach nicht, was kann ich anstatt Brot essen? Was gesund ist.

Nuts

Milk, cucumber, yogurt etc.

and if you like breakfast eggs you shouldn’t stay long enough.

Bread is only moderately healthy, especially white bread, whole grain is the healthiest and saturated the longest. What I can recommend is yogurt with fruit or porridge or something

It’s a cereal that you mix yourself daily. That’s how you have versatility and variety. With milk, sometimes with yogurt/skyr, fruits and nuts etc.
