Breakfast?
What do you think would be a good and filling breakfast for me? I'm 14, 172cm tall, and 53 kg. And I'd like to lose weight. Does anyone have any good ideas for breakfast?

You have no idea how difficult it is to drink something that has no taste as a teenager. Especially when your mom always brings tempting sodas from the store for your siblings (and actually for me, too). How can I encourage myself to drink more water? Only soda is really unhealthy.
