Previously diarrhea, now constipation?
Hello everyone,
I'll keep this brief. In the past, low-fat curd cheese or several other dairy products would have given me diarrhea. About four months ago, I started eating a really healthy, balanced diet and occasionally had the occasional low-fat curd cheese, but these days, it tends to make me constipated.
So I haven't had any problems with my stomach for 4 months now, except for the occasional beer vomit, but not that bad.
So my question is, is it possible that I was never lactose intolerant before?
Yeah, it can be. Sometimes the stomach reacts sensitively to radical diet.
Then you don’t seem to eat enough other things. Eat more carbohydrates & fiber. (Volkornprodukte, Vegetables, Fruits..) Also drink plenty!
If you have a lactose intolerance, a doctor can easily determine. Speculations of strangers from the Internet are less precise.
