I am not a doctor or a doctor, or have not developed the product. However, I don’t think that this is a big problem, because you eat nothing raw (dough or so) and they will be frozen before they are frozen even in production “baking” and then frozen after baking. Too short you left them in when they are still cool or even cold in the middle. The same applies to pizza
