From the swimming pool to work?
Hello,
I like to go swimming weekly. Since I drive past it, I thought I could go swimming before work. But what would I do for 8-9 hours in wet swimwear if I took it to work? Driving back home wouldn't be far, but it would also be a pain, since I have to change buses right at the same stop as the pool to get to work. Or should I take my swimwear but only swim after work?
Not only your clothes are wet after that, but also you (have and so). And even if you still have a shower in the swimming pool, you take the smell of chlorine quite well. It’s gonna be a lot of annoying me during work.
But after work to shut down another round into the cool wet, there really is nothing against it! Even on the contrary, especially now, where it is so warm again. Personally, I can sleep much better even on warm days, because a round of swimming really cools down “lower” than a cool room or a shower :).
OK thank you
Leave the wet clothes in the bag is stupid.
If possible, I would hang those on work somewhere to dry if there is a dress or something.
Okay, thanks. Unfortunately there is only one room and a toilet room. That’s why not. Then I’ll take the stuff, but I’d rather go after it.
Swim clothes with take when keep dry afterwards
So after work would be cheaper because of bathing clothes. If you don’t have the chance to dry them somewhere
OK thank you
I did that for a while. I’ve taken a big plastic bag, my bathing equipment done in there and hanged up only after work. Certainly not the best solution, but it is.
OK thank you
I’ve made it like this for a while and the bathing bag was on the work place until the evening. I don’t see a problem. The bag is cleared out in the evening, everything hangs or goes into the laundry.
OK thank you
I’d look for the conversation with the employer. Measures of health are often popular. Finding a place to dry things should actually be feasible.
I think this challenge can be solved in the conversation.
LG
PS: If you don’t, you can talk to the bathroom. Many are more open to suggestions than you think. I am thinking, for example, of personalized lockers.
OK thank you
I’d go swimming after work.
OK thank you
