From IU to RWTH AACHEN?
I want to start my business studies at IU in January because I don't want to waste half a year by starting at RWTH Aachen University. However, I'm very skeptical, as many people seem to have had very bad experiences at IU. Especially since many people tell me I should study at a prestigious college/university instead, since I had a 1.4 average in my Abitur. What do you think?
I recommend that you apply to the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, which is a university of excellence.
The Numerus Clausus for BWL was only 1.9 – this is not such a high hurdle. Your chance of admission would be high.
However, the start of studies is always only in winter semester.
I don’t understand why you haven’t applied for this winter semester, but that’s too late.
From a distance study at the IU, I would definitely advise.
A study at RWTH Aachen is conceivable, but I would try it at the most prestigious German university and this is the LMU Munich.
Thank you! I only know from a friend who feels impossible to get an apartment in Munich 🙁
Yeah, that’s really hard, but if you get out, after a waiting period, you have at least a chance of living in the student residence. This possibility is not open to students from Munich.
Do you have any evidence for this as I find quite a bold statement?
Very much.🙂
Good to you.😃🍀
Thank you very much
That’s difficult, you’d have to deal with the LMU.
Thanks to you 👍🏼 do you think it is possible to switch from the IU to the LMU would something be counted on me or nothing more?
