Hello, could a website block only a specific device on a network? If so, how? As far as I know, the website can only "see" the router's external IP address and not the IP addresses of the devices on the affected network. (I haven't been blocked anywhere; I'm asking out of curiosity.)

Hello, all my other devices are connected to the Wi-Fi without any problems. My iPhone is also connected, but I can't access the internet. I've tried everything (restarted my phone, restarted my router, reconnected to Wi-Fi). Nothing works! What else could I try?
