FRITZ!Box 7690 Internet Zugriff aber kein Internet?
Hey,
unsere alte FRITZ!Box hat vor kurzem den Geist aufgegeben, wir haben uns deshalb eine 7690 gekauft.
Diese hängt per WAN/LAN an einem Genexis Gerät welches uns damals die Deutsche Glasfaser angebaut hat.
Es wurde alles wie damals auch eingerichtet, auf Fritz.box steht auch, dass die Internet Verbindung funktionieren würde. Jedoch habe ich kein Internet über die Verbindung?
Egal was ich versuche, es lädt Stundenlang.

The new Fritzbox also has a new MAC address of the network card, so it is unknown for all devices.
Depending on which operating system is used with you, network access is back to PRIVATE to place. The easiest thing is to reset the network on the PC, restart it and after restart the question with YEAR answer.
The MAC address of the FB has nothing to do with it, which will be newly learned from clients via ARP request when the clients try to reach your gateway.
How does that work? Bzw, how do I understand?
Wi-Fi connection can be made, according to FRITZ!box this also has internet, but this does not work practically.

Look at the bottom right, left next to the clock there are several symbols.
If you override the mouse, there should be the WLAN name and Internet access stand. You can reset the network with this guide:

you should reset your Fritzbox once. Disconnect them before switching on from the glass fiber modem. Note the following instructions:

Did you even configure your FB to your provider? And please don’t say you don’t have it or you don’t know how it works….
Because then please call the provider, they may help you.
The old FRITZ!Box was set up by me as well as the new ones.
I wanted to call the provider tomorrow anyway, but I was hoping to get a lighter answer here 🙂
