Check whether the round coax cable is tidy in the wall canvas and on the router. It must not be shaky if screwed is hand-resistant.

Then restart routers (power off,… wait 1 minute… power on… wait 5 minutes).

Still not, then

On the configuration page of the FritzBox look into the event log, there are hints (google afterwards …).

Otherwise report malfunction to the provider.

PS:

It is vacation time, while some people like to turn off the electricity completely (also in the basement!). Could be that the cable connection amplifier does not get electricity and the whole house has no cable internet anymore!
