Cream cheese ingredients – meaning?

Hello

What exactly does it mean when the discounter says cream cheese with ingredients: cream cheese, table salt.

And then on the packaging of another discount brand: cream, skimmed milk, table salt, acid cultures.

Assuming I know nothing about dairy products… could someone briefly explain the differences and similarities?

The shorter the ingredients list the better.

Fresh cheese is simple, spreadable cheese that is spreadable. https://www.kerrygold.de/ratgeber/was-du-schon-immer-ueber-freshkaese-wissenwolltest/

It can be plucked up, for example, with chives or cucumbers, and there is no need for butter or margarine. With fresh cheese you can also refine soups and sauces. A good protein proliferation.

The discount cheese is not much different than the 1. The Zutantenliste is only more accurate. It explains in more detail what milk product the cheese was made from: cream and skimmed milk

The ingredients are the same for both products, but for the second.

After delivery in the dairy, the milk is separated into its 2 main components. In lean milk (not containing fat but much protein) and cream (very fat-containing milk)

Depending on what is to be produced (butt, fresh cheese, hard cheese, milk with 3.5% fat…) protein-rich and rich milk are remixed to obtain exactly the desired fat and protein content.
