Hey, I accidentally saved my boyfriend as a business account on my phone and WhatsApp. How can I fix this?

Hello, I think I'm not the only one who finds it annoying that my friends are shown my friends on Facebook, as "suggestions" to follow… My question at this point would be, is it possible to prevent others from seeing my friends? If so, how?
