Sure. We know the first post since mid-December. The samples will finally go tomorrow. It’s high time everyone put their cards on the table.

Even if I can’t watch everything this year, I find it exciting again and again.

As a long-term ESC fan I look forward to of course on it. I’ve even taken a vacation for it in that week.

I hope for a good placement for my favourites this year San Marino.

With regard to 🇩🇪Germany I am making myself No More illusions. As long as the NDR makes any criticism of itself bounce and we don’t get an ESC genius like Stefan Raab, we change our final results nothing.

The political argument against the ESC is, moreover, not really. The ESC exists only for political reasons. The EBU is also constantly doing something about itself when it conjures up the ESC being non-political. The now permanent motto United by Music does not come from about. The ESC simply sees itself as a human and culture-connecting music festival.

Greetings.

“Total” isn’t quite coming, but it’s a special event for me. Probably the flair is enough.

The two semifinals belong to me. As an Austrian, it is also exciting. However, I don’t care if we get to the final round. I simply feel that the event is interesting.

Often the contributions resemble each other and I also often find that one or the other has been in a similar form. But that should always be secondary.

A friend of mine I’ve known for ever, with whom I often write about whatsapp all the time, and we document everything, always ironic, and it’s always funny.

Often there’s a song I can’t understand. It is often politically motivated.

There are always a few songs I find good. I’ll go over that, and I’ll pick it up occasionally.

Oh, he didn’t tell me now, but he got it. Probably a similar classical moderator as with us Ernst Grissemann, who moderated the ESC from 1970 to 1998. It’s deceased.

We always take up the show and look at it in the fast run.

This is only a political event anyway, and the music is up to 95%. Either künsteltes Kasperletheater, which is completely overwhelmed by pseudo-tune music or any theatrical works of light art, with music, presented by any bizarre characters that no man knows.

Until the turn of the millennium, it was possible to look at it halfway seriously, after which it became more absurd and above all the music (which should actually go about) ever worse and more marginal. Lena was still the last positive slip, but after that there was nothing left in the ear or in the head.

Let me sprinkle the evening from the music and cock. I am curious if Isaak can successfully defend our tribal site. That sounds hard now, but honestly, who expects something really different?

I’ve never understood the point with the money. The contribution to the ESC is a joke compared to the advertising revenues of the transmitter. The ESC is extremely lucrative for broadcasters. Every crime scene is a multiple more expensive in production with significantly worse turn-on rates. You won’t get any more of this affordable evening-filling program with top turn-on rates.

I think we should join the Sarkamus of Barbara Schöneberger and not take it so seriously. I remember the parties on the Reeperbahn, who then became a posse. Celebrate the last place? That was too bad for the NDR.

I haven’t seen it for years. One day later, I’ll play the papers, if what can be heard. That’s enough for me. The annual blamage I’m sure I don’t give, especially since the German contribution has once again the best chances for the last place.

For me THE TV event of the year!

Nothing against Ukraine or anything, but in my opinion the ESC is too political.

it’s like football now: it’s just about woke shit and political correctness. No more about performance like sport or voice/song…

After “LaBrassBanda” in 2013 became so, and too wrong, “abminated” … NO!

I, as you say in New German, “boy-cottage” this event! 🙂
