My friend started taking xanax and other drugs, what should I do?

We are in a group of friends and we have never met alone before so we are not that close but if we talk then it's cool so you get it
Now I've noticed that he takes some (I don't know how often, but not that often) and he got himself 5 packs of xanax
He's been smoking weed a lot for a year now (at least once a day and up to 10 on the weekend) and I haven't said anything the whole time because, although it's bad at that age, it's still okay. And I smoke weed myself, too, but not nearly as much.
But now I'm honestly very worried and don't know what to do. I don't know how long this has been going on, and Xanax is brand new.
His parents are separated and don't support him in any way. They don't know anything about it, except that he smokes regularly.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do, or whether I can/should do anything at all?

He’s really a candidate for a drug career to us, it’s good that you’re worried about him. When he starts with 13-14, the brain gets used to drugs of all kinds and he gets rid of it all the harder!
It’s best for you to go to a drug consultation with him. It doesn’t cost anything and they all know that too well. And just as it starts. Most of them have it behind themselves!
With such a consumption you have nothing more than a slut in the skull. Doesn’t have much sense to look for the conversation.
