Freenet.de – "Sent" and "Drafts" folders missing?
Hello everyone,
For some time now, I've been unable to send or save emails from Freenet.de. I've just noticed that both the "Sent" and "Draft" folders are missing. I suspect this is why I can no longer send or save emails.
Does anyone have any idea how to restore these folders?
Creating them as "separate folders" doesn't make sense – sending/saving still won't work.
I've already written to customer service, but unfortunately haven't received any help yet.

The problem exists only on the web browser. Only there the folders are not displayed to me and can probably not send mails.
Connected to an email program (e.g. on the Ipad/Iphone) everything works perfectly. There I also see the folders missing from the web browser.
For me, the problem is quite clear with Freenet, but get no answer from there.
How do you call your emails? By web browser or by email program such as Thunderbird? If you do one, try the other to get a distinction and filter out whether it’s Freenet or not. Apply the so-called exclusion method.
