French work difficulties?

Good morning,

I'm writing a French exam in 8th grade (high school) in a few days. I got a 2 in the last few exams, and my oral exams also got a 2-3, but I think this exam will be worse. I don't understand/have forgotten how to write a proper text. We'll probably be given pictures and have to use them in the imperfect tense and passe compose and be able to tell a good story. That's the only thing I can imagine, because we have homework like that for the last lesson before the exam. My teacher didn't say exactly what we should learn, she just told us to learn the imperfect tense and passe compose and the vocabulary from our unit.

Does anyone have any more tips/phrases/or anything else helpful? Thanks, I'm pretty worried because I don't want to disappoint myself or my teacher by suddenly getting a 5 xD. MFG, Punica

Grob explains:

  • Imparfait = scene(s) like at the theatre, at movies

=What was there?

  • Passé composé : the actions in these scenes

What happened then?

—————–

With regard toStage or film examples=

  • the “imparfait” becomesDescription/representation of backgroundsused,
  • the “passé composé”Signage of events.

The teacher certainly did such exercises in class.
