It’s a bit confusing. Because qué tal is used + own names (¿Qué tal José?), not directly with noms or must then of course the article before: ¿Qué tal el trabajo? And of course it can also be combined with verbs: ¿Qué tal estás?

¿Que tal?, Name is: “How are you,…Name”

Other example:

“Que tal el Pescado?” means: “How does the fish taste?” Or, “Is the fish good?”/”How is the fish?” Also in the sense (the food is hot/hot/cold)

¿Que tal…? Can you translate into something else: what is it…/What does it look like with…/

As regards… human/sache XY… so… As regards…
