Question about nutrition?
Hi,
I'd really like to lose a little weight by summer (about two months, I think). I'm 5'2" tall and weigh 120 pounds, and most of it is on my thighs (and a little on my stomach). My hips are quite wide. My lower legs are quite thin, as are my arms and face.
I wanted to find out how I can lose as much fat as possible on my thighs and stomach, since I really like wearing bikinis in the summer but don't feel comfortable in them with my wide thighs.
It doesn't have to be the perfect bikini body or model figure; it's simply that I don't really feel comfortable with my current appearance and want to change that by eating healthier or doing sensible exercise that actually helps me lose some of my fat. Normally, I go swimming twice a week and running once, but that doesn't help at all…
My diet isn't actually that unhealthy. I have a few gummy bears every now and then, but still a whole bag every day. 1-4 each day, and now and then a handful of chips, but not really much.
I would be happy if you could tell me what can help me.

Su is still quite young and I understand you pretty well. What is quite simple and can work well is only sweetened as dessert and for hunger in between best something protein-containing without sugar. (Protein bar, a cooked egg, vegetarian/vegane salami/meat sticks (which usually have less fat and taste good. A baked bread with cottage cheese is also super good.)
You can also try to eat more vegetables/salate and, above all, abneds, less carbohydrate. Legumes are, for example, good to lose weight, as in about Falafel. (Very delicious!) cottage cheese is also very good, much protein, little calories
Then, fish with a low fat content are also healthy, e.g. sea salmon, cod, pike or cod, because the pollinates also include a lot of omega 3 and protein but little calories.
In general, one can say that proteins are healthy and keep rich. After eating a few rubber bears or a bit of chocolate go clear, but not necessarily in between. I don’t want you to miss it. And don’t let meals fall out or count calories, that’s more counterproductive!
From sport, you’re doing great! If you still want to do something, you can go jogging or make workouts.

Thank you.
Sure.
If it fits in time, you can do even more sports.
Well, I don’t feel what brings
You don’t see changes directly after 1-2 days. Got the same problem.
Sure.
What can you do for food? Describe how much calories you take to yourself to set maximum number when it is reached, can you eat nothing more? Sounds logical….
My mother actually has medium-wide thighs…
Thank you
If the diet doesn’t fit, it doesn’t matter. Thick thighs can also be inherited (in my case I have them from my mother)
I’ve been swimming for 5 years 2x a week, not jogging so regularly but usually 1x a week….
And the thighs are not thinner
How about converting the fat into muscle?
You could do that by training belly legs and lower legs.
I’m afraid it’s not as you imagine.
A woman takes off the top and that is counterproductive in your case, as you want a great bikini figure.
By the way: wide hips are particularly attractive to men as they symbolize fertility.
You don’t have to be ashamed of that.
