Frage zum Backen von Keksen?

Hallo,

You shall not mix, but knead. It takes a few minutes.

When kneading, the fat warms and binds the ingredients. Therefore, after completion, one should let a mob rest at least half an hour in the refrigerator.

The simplest cookies are sugar & butter + flour. The flour only comes in when the sugar has dissolved. If the dough becomes too brittle, butter can be added

Well, if you make enough water/milk, it’s gonna be agitated, then it’s getting hard with cookies

Right, there’s no liquid in Keksteig.

To get a homogeneous mass you can add some more butter or work with kneading hooks for the mixer.
