Questions about temporary work, job changes, applications?

Hello

I've been employed by a temporary employment agency for about three weeks now, working for a company in the metal industry. However, this job is too demanding for me (especially physically, but also too stressful), and it's also quite noisy and dirty.

I learned this profession years ago…but I simply realized that it wasn't for me anymore and wasn't a long-term option. Plus, I don't feel healthy enough.

I had been looking at the job board again for a few days and found a couple of good job offers that were a good fit for me.

I'm not 100% sure, though, since I just started a new job (only three weeks ago). Maybe it doesn't make a good impression to change jobs so quickly?

Furthermore, my boss at the dental company is very domineering and threatening. I had a one-day sick note, and she was pretty threatening, saying it wouldn't work because I'd just started, etc.

I have social anxiety and I find such dominant people very uncomfortable and I often let myself be persuaded etc. She will probably talk me into it or try to stop me from quitting.

I'm very unsure what to do?

Who has ever been through something similar and did you regret it?

For this, the trial period is there (which usually goes 6 Moante) to find out if a job fits one. ERgo is very normal to reorientate after only 3 weeks. Better now than later.

Turn on the spots. If you have a firm commitment, you can cancel the current job.

Before, it’s unfavourable, because you don’t know if you find a new job without leaving and you don’t have an ALG1 on your own notice.

You have the right to cancel. Find a job you like and enjoy.

I guess your boss is really stupid if she doesn’t let you get sick. Health is going on. Just kiss and tell her before you go, what a bad boss she is.

If you have something better, keep the deadline and finish

Your boss Labern can do what she wants.

A notice by registered letter with a return note. You don’t need to leave them personally. Usually you are still in the trial period and can terminate in due time. Look what’s in your contract.

If she’s asking or disguised, just tell her why you quit.

You’re not guilty anymore, you can say what you want, you’re free. That’s something you learned for life.

And if it looks so bad on the phone, maybe she’ll let you go right away. You have nothing to lose.

I had such a cheeky employer, then my husband went down and gave her the notice and told her a few words.

I didn’t care if it worked cowardly or not. I don’t need to take it anymore.

I wouldn’t delete the number first, but just lock it up.
