Frage zu Probezeit Verlängerung nach Unfall?
Guten Tag, ich habe vor einiger Zeit jemandem die Vorfahrt genommen (Kreuzung; Er wollte gerade aus durch und hatte Vorfahrt/Vorrang?, ich war links-abbieger und bin einfach abgebogen; es kam zum Zusammenstoß). Nun hab ich den Bußgeldbescheid per Post bekommen. Ich habe davor schon etwas recherchiert, was bei einem A-Verstoß (das ist ja ein A-Verstoß, oder?) passiert, wenn man noch in der Probezeit ist. Da fand ich, dass man Bußgeld zahlen muss, ein Aufbauseminar vollziehen muss und 2 Jahre Probezeitverlängerung bekommt. Gegen meinen Erwartungen steht in dem Bußgeldbescheid jedoch nur das Bußgeld und ein 1 monatiges Fahrverbot. Es steht also nichts von einem Aufbauseminar oder Probezeitverlängerung.
Meine Frage ist also: Kommt da noch was bezüglich Aufbauseminar? Und bekomme ich jetzt überhaupt Probezeitverlängerung?

Hey, the same thing happened to me 1:1. The impact was intense. First of all, I got my fine, which was that the fine amount was about 200,- and I got 1 point in Flensburg. However, it was mentioned in the letter that you dispense with the 1 month driving ban, as it “only” came to a property damage (luckily no personal injury). Last week, I received a letter in which I was informed that I had to attend a building seminar (which costs 400,-) and I had 4 months to complete this. In addition, I was allowed to pay another 30,- 🙂
There are also the 4 instead of 2 years of sampling time.

Yes, we have to, whether we want or not hahah. I got this for the building seminar 1-2 months after the fine decision.
