Question about one of Fritz Meinecke's latest statements…arrogant or understandable?

In one of his new videos he said that when he's shopping he always compares his purchases with those in front of and behind him at the checkout and always feels better than the others because he only buys healthy things (I believe that too)… and he thinks the others have lost control of their lives when they eat unhealthily.

Now I have 2 questions about this:

  1. Hasn't someone who has been promoting Y-Food as a complete and balanced drinkable meal for years forfeited the right to judge others based on their diet?
  2. Isn't it pathetic to feel the need to compare your own purchases with those of others to make yourself feel better? Surely he'd be happier if he just focused on himself, right?

Hi,

I didn’t see the corresponding video. If it should be, I don’t think it’s good to criticize the diet of others at the same time and to advertise for Yfood at the same time. You read many critical articles in the press about Yfood. Personally, I do not see it as a full-fledged meal when you touch powdered food.

I mean, he’s making advertising or following a trend. Of course, healthy nutrition is important and you can make yourself smart at https://www.dge.de/ or https://www.bzga.de/was-wir-tun/ernaehrungsmotion-entspannung/

I believe these pages have more to say than statements from Youtubern.

Well, as he is, some others are. They also look straight on what other people are buying and look like a heavy criminal if you buy something that doesn’t match their ideas. I don’t pay attention to such people.

He’s probably just bragging for attention because he always wants to be the focus.
