Question part-time job?
Hello,
Does anyone know? I work as a service worker in a hotel.
My employment contract states that I will work 120 hours a month, which I will most likely rarely achieve as I have a child and can only work 3.5 hours during the week and in the evenings.
Unfortunately, I just don't understand whether I will still get paid for these 120 hours even though I worked fewer hours in the month.
Can someone maybe help me
Greetings 😊
Why sign a contract over 120 hours a month, so approx. 30 hours a week if you can’t work almost that much…??? You have contracted for the 120 hours.
Of course not.
You get paid the hours you worked. What insecures me is that you have a set of 120 hours, but you can’t keep it. This would theoretically accumulate minus/feehl hours and the 120 hours would not have been achieved by far.
You’re paid for as many hours as you work. Why do you sign a contract with 120 hours?
If there are definitely 120 hours in the contract, they must be stripped. On the other hand, the employer must also employ you these 120 hours.
That’s why it’s usually set, BIS for 120 hours.
The “BIS To” Normally fixed, is completely new!
