Since I woke up Sunday morning, I've had neck pain that radiates into my shoulders. I'm 26 years old.
I suspect it's due to a bad sleeping position. It's still there now.
Especially when I turn my head to the left or right, my shoulders feel a pull.
I also noticed that the neck is very warm.
Do you know this and how long does it last?
