Question regarding circumcision at 30 years old?

Hello folks,

I'm 30 years old and was circumcised last Wednesday. I did it for hygienic reasons.

Before that, I always had my foreskin over my glans. I've never used my glans in 30 years. I remember once I wanted to gently touch it, and it hurt so much and was so sensitive that I even just used water to clean it, but I never touched it or cleaned it.

I've never had sex, or rather, I've had oral sex with my partner a few times, but we had to stop quickly because it hurt too much.

Even when I received the local anesthetic before the operation, the doctor said during the procedure—which normally only takes 15 minutes, but in my case it took 50 minutes—that my glans was unfortunately very sensitive and that the anesthetic wasn't working properly. I was screaming quite loudly during the operation…

Now, five days after the surgery, I've noticed that the glans is slowly becoming more visible, but I really don't touch it because I'm afraid of the pain. By chance, I only got a piece of my sweater attached recently, and I was almost in tears. I screamed, and it was really bad…

At home, I walk around in custom-made underwear with plenty of room in the front for my penis. Sleeping is a disaster.

Do you have any tips on when, how, or with what one can get rid of this rather severe hypersensitivity?

Hi, I’m also voluntary, especially because of optics.

You can easily try to stub the acorn with Lidocain ointment / gel. But it always helps.

What is also possible: to protect the glant with mull bindings, so that friction on the clothing is reduced.

Generally, circumcision leads to desensitization of the acorn, which is apparently exactly desired with you. This, however, takes different lengths from man to man, even with different results.

I’m sorry, of course, all these tips don’t help much more if you can’t touch your acorn absolutely. But since you are already circumcised, that will definitely change!

This will heal and then the pain is gone.

So time will heal all wounds. Wait a minute, in 3 weeks, this has been a little oversensitivity.

That’s all a headache…

If so long it might be bad You occasionally rub the acorn thinly with so blunt and slightly anesthetic ointment. I’ve heard Emla, but I can help you with this.

Try to wear some vaseline on the acorn 👍 after a few weeks the hypersensitivity has disappeared

The vaseline should not be rubbed, but only apply 😉

The hypersensitivity gradually shifts. You have to go through this. And you know that before.
