It can be assumed that the alcohol would be distributed in 75% of the body mass, i.e., for example, not in bones, among others, that is, 67.5 kg, which are available to it as a distribution space. Now you just have to put grams of alcohol in relation to grams of body mass and calculate it as per 1000.

20 • 1000 ÷ 67500 = 0,296 ‰
