Wie viel Promille habe ich nach ein Bier was 0,5 Liter mit 20 gramm alkohol hat und ich 190cm groß bin und 90 kg wigge weiß das einer 🤷♂️?

Leute es ist Freitag hab voll Bock was zu trinken und wir haben uns schon paar mal mittlerweile getroffen. Er kennt mein nüchternes ich, aber da es heute zum Kuss kommen muss, will ich etwas Wein trinken. Was haltet ihr davon? Will Musik hören mich schön fertig fertig machen und ein wenig nebenbei trinken
Kennt jemand eine Biermarke, die alkoholfreies Bier im Fass für Heimzapfanlagen anbietet?
Ich bin schon nach einer Tasse Glühwein so voll wie bei einer Flasche Wein?
Was zieht man da am besten an?
