Hello, I have a problem where in every game, whenever I click a key on the keyboard or the mouse, I get 200-230 fps instead of, say, 270 fps. It's always about -40 fps when using the keyboard and mouse. But if I just stand still and don't press anything, I get 270 fps again—no more, no less. Can I solve this problem? If so, how? Thanks in advance if anyone knows.

They’re not FPS-Drops.
The FPS vary depending on what is displayed on the monitor.
You talk about FPS-Drops rather when there are (partly) play-taking ruckers or even stand-ups.

And if you want to see quite violent differences play a game where smoke grenades exist. Look at an empty wall while you stand still and then light a smoke grenade. The FPS numbers are very different.
