Found a shrew that can't walk properly?

I just came out of the basement to take care of my rabbits. A little shrew was crouching in front of our door, all huddled up. At first I thought it was dead, but then it started moving and walking around, but in a very, very strange way. It kept swaying back and forth, so it was totally unbalanced. And it couldn't move more than a small walking pace.
The question is what should I do now?
How can I help her?

There are in many larger cities organizations that you can call and then get out for free and take care of the animal.
Maybe you could drive her to the shelter.

She is probably starving, nickers have to eat almost permanently because they have such a high energy requirement.
2-3 hours without food, and they die.
I put her dog food down (wet) what she found great. She ate a lot of it.
Great. Then she can go on with energy insect hunting 🙂
Spikes are just as much as 2 years old, rather less, then you can’t do much.
Yeah, look… She trembles so funny and can only run very slowly and sharks back and forth
Put your lid water in front of your nose and a piece of raw meat, or ideal white one broken up egg.
Otherwise you will not be able to do much, only very few veterinarians take care of wild mice

So I put water to her too, but it wasn’t as interesting as the food😄 And actually it rains here all the time… so i thought it wasn’t ðŸ ̃‚
