Fotoapparat welches Modell?
Danke
This is always a question of what type of device you want. For compact digital cameras, 500-700€ would be the middle. Full format cameras are €2000. In the middle segment (APS-C), 800-1000€ are the center and then you do not have an objective.
Technically qualitative photos are as good as any system camera. Whether the photos are still good is on another sheet. Because a noise-free and sharp photo can also be very big crap if the photographer has no talent and does not really know each other with photography and the camera.
If this is your first camera, you should look for used cameras. Even 8-10-year-old cameras don’t deliver really worse picture quality than what is currently on the market. Only in autofocus technology, series image rate and dynamics are there some progress.
An EOS 77D, 70D, 750D, EOS M50, Nikon D5600, Sony A6000, all former (partially raised) middle class gets used under 500€. In condition as new and with 1 year warranty for resellers.
Used Canon EOS 77D | MPB
Used Canon EOS M50 | MPB
Used Sony Alpha A6000 | MPB
I picked up a Bridge camera a few years ago. I’ve been sorry to change over and over. Today no longer quite deaf, but still new to buy. A Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ300, with original Leica lens and perfect video function. About 400-450.-€

The middle area is stubborn. Not exactly defined and also comes to the camera itself or which sensor sizes are taken.
And for quality you need not only a good camera, but also usable lenses and especially your own skills/knowledge. Just from the settings. And yet, the sharpest photo can be totally sack if you don’t put it properly in the scene.
You mean “qualitative high quality Photos”.
The technical side is given to system cameras and DSLRs anyway.
But the photographer does good photos and not the camera.
Give me a sum.
The quality of the photos depends to 99,9995% on the person behind the camera.
With reference to the motif, the rest is a interaction between technique and photographer.
Generally, however, an expensive top-class camera is not a guarantee for good pictures.
Not that, but the potential would be there
