Fossil: Should I have my watch repaired? Warranty, send it in? Amazon

Hello,

I bought a Fossil watch from an Amazon Marketplace seller in January. One of the hands is now loose and keeps spinning when I move it. Do I need to contact the seller or Fossil? And how exactly does this work with Fossil? We don't have a store nearby, so do I have to send it in, or how exactly does it work?

Thanks in advance.

Just write Fossil directly. Personally, I always do that instead of turning directly to the dealer.

After all, the dealer only applies to the manufacturer for repair if he does not exchange the clock directly.

The legal liability for defects in property refers to the trader who sold the product. He is legally in the obligation to improve.

Guarantees and their conditions can (but must not) put both the manufacturer and the dealer or any insurance companies. The respective contact person is in the respective warranty conditions if there are.

After the 3rd failed repair/exchange attempt, you can ask for your money back in the case of defects.

The warranty may be up to 6 trials.

That’s why pfeif on the guarantee, don’t fill out a guarantee sheet, you insist on the liability for defects. As the dealer manages to make sure that he makes a manufacturer’s warranty, it’s not your thing.

He has three attempts to you, he doesn’t pack it, you ask your money back from him and buy it somewhere else.

From what law do these numbers emerge (3 attempts / 6 attempts)?
