Format NVME M2 SSD on Android 13 tablet to NTFS?

Is it possible to format an NVME M.2 Gen 4 SSD to NTFS on an Android 13 tablet? I need to reinstall Windows 10 on my laptop with a corrupted operating system, and I need to format the SSD for that. I don't have a second Windows PC, just the tablet.

that is not possible, you also need windows installer. can you vlt at nem friend use the computer to make nen windows installer? for this you only need nen >8gb usb stick, rufus and that media creation tool by microsoft (windows 10)

installier rufus, then start the media creation tool and go through the process to save the iso datei. when the downlaod is finished, you open rufus and put the usb stick in, go right to select/select and search the windows.iso datei out which has just been downloaded. then click on start below, specify possible presets to match and confirm the popups.

when the finished, usb stick out, at the first calculator in, start and boot menu key press (usually remove or backspace or so), then select the usb stick (uefi something, name of the manufacturer or the like) and go through the setup process (will delete everything before on the hard disk!!!)
