Forgot your Windows password?

Hello,

I have a problem, I have a zepherus G16 with windows 11 pro

I always logged in with facial recognition,

Now the system tells me to enter my password, which I unfortunately forgot,

I tried everything, it asks for a query phrase and then enters the PIN,

I looked online and, as described, pressed the shift key and then restarted, but nothing happened. I've tried everything.

Maybe someone can help me, I just need to come in the command prompt.
