Forgot what you learned?

I have my oral exam in ethics in a few days.

I've actually already memorized all the material (after memorizing it, I could rattle off everything I'd learned for each topic). The problem is: This knowledge only lasts for a day or two at most, and then I somehow forget it all again 🙁

This is really scaring me because I'm really trying hard and I'm afraid I won't be able to say anything during the exam. Do you have any tips? Is there anything I can do to prevent the oral exam from being a disaster?

Thank you very much 🙂
