Ford focus tank needle and remaining range?
Hey, I just filled up at the gas station, then I left and saw my fuel gauge didn't move (it was just as before)
This problem resolved itself after 5 minutes. My problem now is that I still have the same remaining range on the onboard computer as before. What could be causing this?
car: Ford focus mk3 DYB, year of manufacture 2016 facelift with the 1.5 engine ecoboost.

It could be a defect on the float in the tank. This no longer transmits the correct fill level.
when it goes, tank times rugged and see what the onboard computer says.
The tank needle indicates only a rough protection area and the display of the stretch is only cosmetic. Also, the indication of the tank volume is only an approximate indication.
I understand what you want, only it still has everything worked up today, it would also like to fix it.
