this autumn a mixture of the Migros, which was still stored in the freezer and once appenzeller/mixed with French raclette cheese, did not simply drive up the right cheese here in Spain… but Raclette and Appenzeller has produced a beautiful spicy fondue.

but had already eaten fondue in the middle of August on the houseboat in Burgundy, however the weather was also after….

Honestly, none at all, I am not soooo sharp now, there are with us max. 1x a year, if at all, Christmas or New Year’s Eve in a social setting, otherwise I prefer to have my portion directly on the plate or serve me at the buffet.

Previously, this felt 30x a year, due to a slight lactose intolerance of my girlfriend but for 2 years no longer.

Not at all this year. We’ll do that either Holy Evening or New Year’s Eve, and on the other day then Raclette.

Honestly? I have no idea how many times I had fondue this year. with certainty several dozen paints.
